Also the hotel would have concerts in the riverdome in years past but no more. We're always letting the front desk know and when checking out. It's a nightmare to get the concierge or housekeeping to bring the basic requests like extra pillows or a do no disturb sign could take a couple hours and several reminder calls. the rooms are always dirty, furniture dirty, widows in the rooms could have fresh hand prints on them, dirty film on pictures hanging on walls, toilets back up, shower tub backs up, some non smoking rooms wreak of smoke, vents in rooms always have mold building up and there is alway something broken, falling apart or vending machines broken. We stay here often for the great views from the rooms and the food. This hotel has been going downhill for some time now but the last few years have been the worst.
